BBC’s suspension of bonuses for executives is only one good move

The BBC only half “get it”.  They’ve decided to indefinitely suspend bonuses for their top executives.  Wonderful move. Where is FOI when you need it? Why is there a lack of accountability of the BBC to the fee-paying public regarding all their expenses? Isn’t it interesting that the MPs are still making the same statements, despite the public’s anger at their behaviour?  “I have done nothing wrong”, “I have followed the rules”, “I followed the advice of the Fees Office”…The list goes on and on.  And, those who have announced that they are stepping down, still insist that [...]
